Ksubi offers returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Pack Your Items
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
